Granata & Sons Auto & Truck

I was driving from Toronto to NYC and my car started shaking terribly near Buffalo. I had to make an emergency pull off and managed to find the first mechanic I could which happened to be Granada and Sons. With no choice, I had to trust them to do whatever repairs were needed. I was very pleased with their honesty, price and professionalism of their work. They took care of me like a steady customer and had me back on the road safe and sound. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of a repair.

UPDATE: When I picked up my car, the price was exactly what I was told—no surprises, no hidden fees. That kind of honesty is rare. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. I hadn’t mentioned needing an inspection when I called, but when I dropped my car off, I told them about the inspection. I was honestly nervous they’d tell me they couldn’t do the oil change until it was inspected, I've been putting off the inspection since my horn stopped working and I wasn’t sure how much it would cost to fix. I was fully expecting them to tell me to come back another day for the horn and inspection- instead they reassured me that they would do the inspection today and also check out whats wrong with the horn. AND they ended up fixing my horn, my car is now inspected- saving me another trip and A LOT of stress!! On top of that, they didn’t try to upsell me, they answered all my questions- and even put air in all my tires (something I had been putting off), which was such a thoughtful extra. This is the kind of shop you can truly trust—honest, efficient, and genuinely caring. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know! Just to add- Im not some

Great service!! Would highly recommend!! My tailgate latch has been broken for the past 3 years, the dealer I bought it from kept replacing the latch costing 400$ each visit. And 1-2days later would stop working. Last time told me it was other issues and I was out of luck because Chevy stopped making parts for my 2016 Chevy trax and I would have to wait to find parts from a junk yard. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard the owner and he referred be to his shop. Made an appointment for Wednesday within 3-5 hours of dropping off my car I received a phone call stating that they had found the issue, and continued to explain a seal wasn’t sealed causing water to get into my tailgate corroding wirers and seizing the latch causing it not to work. They replaced the latch, latch actuator button, re-sealed it and a few other things and it was fixed. Got my car back Thursday morning when they opened at 8am. What my dealer couldn’t do in 3 years, Richard’s son and crew diagnosed and repaired in less than 10 hours!! Don’t be like me and wait 3 years to come to them, any issues with your vehicle call them make an appointment and get it fixed! Amazing customer service and fast service! They

This man helped me almost 2 months ago and I lost the place for a while but now that I found it I was in a group of four basically all of us kids driving cross country in a truck we had just picked up for a very generous man but when we got to Buffalo the caliber bracket bolt was missing this man took the time to try and help me find the part nearby with no luck he helped me hobble the truck to his shop and fixed in in a short time and he helped make sure paying was not going to leave us stranded he was a god sent man. Never gave a second thought about helping when we had no where else to turn he's one of the nicest people I've ever met
